10/7/22 Sunday Harbor Park Shelter Repair
The picnic table cover at our park had a rotten support beam. Board members were concerned that it could collapse. We budgeted our 2022-23 Park Maintenance fund to allow for the repair and then searched for a reasonable, licensed local company to do the work.  3B's Home Repair Blaine was awarded the contract and they completed the repair in 2 days. They recommended replacing the other supports at some time, but for now they are waterproofed. Heidi from 3B's added cross beam supports to the structure for more stability. The final cost was actually slightly LESS than the original bid. Check out the BEFORE and AFTER photos.
